Harriett Jean Allred

Nov. 15, 1967-May 22, 2022

Harriett Jean Allred, 54, passed away on the morning of May 22, 2022. She was a beloved wife, grandma, Nali, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was born in Monticello, Utah, on Nov. 15, 1967, to Mabel and Johnny Billsie. 

Harriett was so kind, sweet and soft-natured. During her marriage to Arty, they shared many adventures together. They enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, camping, staying in log cabins, watching their children and niece race motocross, as well as going to drag races. Harriett was an artist who made beautiful dream catchers; she worked with leather, and beads and used to love to color felt posters. Her favorite pastime was spending her time with her husband and family. Harriett loved kids and would beam over her grandchildren, nieces and nephews with so much pride. 

She left behind her mother Mabel Billsie; siblings Wayne Billsie, Johhny Billsie Jr, Maydene Kaye, James Leo Billsie, Cindy Gonzalez, Bernadine Allyson, Wanda Billsie, Kassandra Billsie; her children G.J. Allred and wife Samantha, Faliesha Beck, Jeremy Allred and wife Kylee, Stephanie Butcher; grandchildren Chyston, Chylynn, Sammie, Kopeland, Olivia, Maddox, Zoe, Emily, Alice, Annabel, Hash and Mikey. 

Because she was married to Arty for 30 years, she had a strong relationship with her in-laws. 

She lived with and is survived by her mother-in-law Sharlene Imes, sister-in-law Erica Bown and her children LaRou and Arric; er sister-in-laws Tonya Allred and  April Woodard and niece Jordan Fullmer. 

She was reunited with her father Johhny Billsie, beloved husband Arty Allred, Brother Angelo Billsie and her brother-in-law Michael Allred. 

Her service will be held Tuesday May 31, 2022, at 11:30 am at the Washington Cemetery 300 East Parkway Drive, Washington.

A viewing will be prior to the service 10-11 a.m. at Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 S Bluff St., St.George.

A luncheon will be held after the graveside service at the LDS chapel located at 3860 South Bentley Road, St. George. 

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers can be made directly to Spilsbury Mortuary.

Arrangements are under the direction of Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 S Bluff St., St. George, 435-673-2454. Family and friends are invited to sign Harriet’s online guest book.
