My Sweet Husband

I’m so honored to be your wife
You gave me love throughout my life

You held me near thru joy and tears
You’ve been my everything for all these years

You brought the sunlight to my heart
It’s a love so true we’ll never part

The moments seem to fly so fast
But through all of time our love will last

Your tender sweet and loving ways
I truly cherish all our days

You touched my hand my heart my soul
I’ll never question that you gave me all

God created you for me
Our life together was meant to be

I’ll see you in the sun and stars
I’ll always know you’re never far

It’s not goodbye I’ll be there soon
Save me a spot above the moon

We’ll love and laugh and dance the swing
With your healed body we can do everything

You go first and lead the way
Come back for me another day

Peace and comfort is my wish for you
With all my being my love is true

With love and gratitude
You are my everything
